  1. Pangea DW Ltd. H.P. 516140647 (The "Company") provides coronavirus testing services from the customer's home or business as detailed in the Terms of Use that this Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part thereof (The "Service").
  2. Browsing the Company's website as well as registering for and receiving the Service  entails the provision by the user/customer, and the collection by the Company, of personal information all for the purpose and as part of providing the Services.
  3. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the user/customer and describe which personal information is collected by the Company, the ways in which it may be used, and the rights of the user/customer in relation thereto.
  4. This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information processed by the Company, whether provided by the user/customer or collected by the Company by any means of communication or technology, including but not limited to any communication with the Company in connection with the Service (inquiries, orders, etc.), in writing, orally and by any and all other means of communication (telephone, e-mail, application, fax, tools on the Company's website, etc.).
  5. You do not have a legal duty to provide the Company with personal information. However, if you choose not to provide personal information, the Company may not be able to provide you with Service, in whole or in part, or to provide it with adequate quality and efficiency. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, and periodically review it as it may be subject to changes from time to time.
  1. For the purpose of providing information in connection with the Service, assistance in filling out forms and tracking orders, the Company may use cookies.
  2. The Company may use cookies for technical purposes (improving browsing, user identification, adaptation to end devices, security, etc.), for the purpose of collecting information to improve the Service (such as the use of Google Analytics or any other similar service) and for marketing purposes.
  3. Cookies are small text files that are created on the user's end device.
  4. Some of the cookies used on this site are from third parties who provide various services to the Company, and their use is in accordance with the privacy policies and conditions of those third parties.
  5. Cookies that are not for technical purposes can be deleted and blocked through the user's personal browser. You can learn how by using the help button or by consulting with the support systems of most browsers.

  1. The personal information collected by the Company will be held and processed in the Company's databases.
  2. The Company ensures constant management and monitoring of its databases, as required by law.
  3. The Company takes physical, logical and administrative measures to secure the information, as required by law.
  4. Since the Service includes assistance by third parties as detailed in the Terms of Use, the Company ensures that the security of personal information is included in all its contracts with its suppliers, and also programs and provides the Service in a way that will reduce as much as possible security risks to personal information.
  5. After the termination of the Service, the Company will continue to keep personal information, in a limited and secure way, only for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and for a period of up to twenty five years.
  6. Delivery of Test Results. In order to secure personal information:
    • Test results and any other relevant information in connection with the Service, about subjects who are spouses of the customer or family members of the customer who are minors, will be sent to the customer who ordered the service. In any other case, test results will be sent to the subjects, unless explicitly requested otherwise.
    • Since sometimes the service is needed for travel abroad, in which case the test results are often needed urgently, in case of ordering the Service for a number of family members, each spouse may contact the Company and request to view the results of tests of his/her spouse or children, unless the customer has specifically requested otherwise at the time of the order.
    • To prevent the disclosure of personal information and unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the results of the tests are sent in a password protected file by e-mail to the address provided for each subject (except in the case of family members as described above), and the password is sent separately (and, if possible, by other means of contact). A subject is entitled, at his/her own risk, to request that the Company send test results in a file that is not password protected.
    • To prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information, the customer should keep his/her password private and refrain from disclosing it to others.
    • To prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information outside the framework of the Service (after receipt of test results) it is recommended to keep the test results private and use them only for the needs necessary for the subject.

The Company uses the user's/customer's personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to user/customer inquiries in connection with the Service.
  2. Provision of the Service.
  3. Provision of information (including marketing information and including direct mail inquiries) about the Service or similar or complementary services and assistance related to registration for the Service.
  4. Monitoring and improvement of the Service and its means of delivery.
  5. Compliance with the provisions of the law and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Generation of insights and performance of statistical analyses.
  7. Management of legal proceedings and clarification of matters, claims and demands that could lead to legal proceedings.
  8. Prevention of fraud and prevention of bodily injury and property damage.
  9. Security, prevention, clarification and management of security and cyber incidents.

The Company does not sell or lease out personal information to third parties.
The Company will not transfer personal information to third parties without the consent of the data subjects, except:

  1. For the purpose and as part of the provision of the Service.
  2. Delivery of test results of family members to the customer, as described above. Delivery of test results of a subject to a customer who is not a family member of the customer only if specifically requested by the customer and the subject [?].
  3. In the following cases:
    • Compliance with the law and regulation.
    • Upholding a judicial order instruction or directive of a competent authority. The laboratory through which the tests are conducted as part of the Service is obligated, in accordance with the conditions of its license, to provide test results to the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health may (and to the best of the Company's knowledge does in fact and will continue to) provide test results to the HMOs.
    • As part of a restructuring, sale of shares or investment activity in the Company and in the course of the negotiations leading up to any of the aforementioned events, provided that the recipient commits to maintain the confidentiality of personal information of user/customer and not to use it without your consent for purposes other than those for which it was provided or not in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    • In connection with legal or administrative proceedings.
    • If in the Company's opinion, disclosure may help prevent damage to you or others.
    • To parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company ("Recipient") provided that Recipient commits to maintain the confidentiality of personal information of user/customer and not to use it without your consent for purposes other than those for which it was provided or not in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In addition to receipt of test results as detailed above, user/customer is entitled to review, either by him/herself or through his/her representative (as authorized in writing) or legal guardian*, personal information about him/herself held by the Company:

  1. At your written request, the Company will allow you to review personal information about you held by it, as long as there are no grounds in law to reject the request.
  2. The arrangements for reviewing your personal information will be determined from time to time by the Company. ASo far as possible, the review will be possible by sending electronic information or through a remote connection.
  3. You are entitled to submit a written request to correct personal information or to delete personal information that is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, and the Company will correct the personal information as long as there are no legal grounds to deny the request.
  4. In the event a request to review, correct or delete personal information is denied, you are entitled to appeal it to the Magistrate's Court in accordance with the (Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and the Rules of Procedure in an Appeal against a Request for Review (1981).
  5. Requests to review correct or delete personal information, and objections to direct mail, should be sent to: [email protected].
  6. The Company will respond to requests to review, correct or delete personal information, and objections to direct mail, as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the date received.

If Company contacts its customers by direct mailing (mailing by segmentation) you have the right to ask the Company to refrain from contacting you in such manner (it is clarified that the above does not apply to inquiries distributed to all of the Company's customers or to inquiries and service notices).

The Company may use the information provided to it for the purpose of sending advertising materials by e-mail or text message, about the Service and similar or complementary services. Every recipient has the right to notify the Company at any time of his refusal to accept such advertisement, and the Company will desist from sending such to that recipient.

Requests to cease sending advertising materials can be sent to the Company in any of the following ways (in addition to any way listed in the notice that includes an advertisement) :

The Company's services may be updated from time to time, as may the technological and organizational means used to provide them. In addition, health law (including Israeli Ministry of Health guidelines and directives) and data protection laws may be updated from time to time. Therefore, the Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The policy update will be made with a 14-day advance notice, unless the update is in your favor or is required due to a change in law or regulation, in which cases the change will take effect at the earlier of: seven days from the entry into force of the change in law or regulation.
